This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the USA. Keenbrothers will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity for website operators and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where third parties process the data on Google's behalf.
Under no circumstances will Google associate your IP address with other data held by Google Inc.
You may prevent the installation of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent.

This website uses so-called social plugins ("plugins") from the social network Facebook, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook"). The plugins are marked with a Facebook logo or the addition "Social Plugin from Facebook". When you visit a page on our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted directly from Facebook to your browser, which integrates it into the website. By integrating the plugins, Facebook receives the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page on our website, even if you do not have a Facebook account or are not currently logged into Facebook. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted from your browser directly to a Facebook server in the USA and stored there. If you are logged into Facebook, Facebook can assign your visit to our website directly to your Facebook account. If you interact with the plugins, for example by clicking the "Like" button, the corresponding information is also sent directly to a Facebook server and saved there. The information is also published on Facebook and displayed to your Facebook friends. Facebook can use this information for the purposes of advertising, market research and to design Facebook pages to meet your needs. For this purpose, Facebook creates usage, interest and relationship profiles, e.g. to evaluate your use of our website with regard to the advertisements displayed to you on Facebook, to inform other Facebook users about your activities on our website and to provide other services associated with the use of Facebook. If you do not want Facebook to assign the data collected via our website to your Facebook account, you must log out of Facebook before visiting our website. The purpose and scope of data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook as well as your rights and setting options to protect your privacy can be found in Facebook's privacy policy .

We would like to point out that for the purpose of simplifying the purchasing process and for later contract processing, the web shop operator stores the IP data of the connection owner in cookies, as well as the email address, telephone number, name and address of the buyer. The data you provide is required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you. Data is not transmitted to third parties, with the exception of the transmission of credit card data to the processing banks/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company/shipping company commissioned by us to deliver the goods and to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations. After the purchasing process has been canceled, the data stored by us is deleted. Cookies:
Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage. We use cookies to make our service user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser the next time you visit. If you do not want this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of our website may be restricted.

Newsletter - Mailchimp:
The newsletter is sent using the shipping service provider “Mailchimp”, a newsletter distribution platform of the US provider Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE #5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA. You can view the data protection regulations of the shipping service provider here: mailchimp.com . The Rocket Science Group LLC d/b/a Mailchimp is certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement and thus offers a guarantee to comply with European data protection standards www.privacyshield.gov . The shipping service provider is used on the basis of our legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR and a contract processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 Para. 3 S. 1 GDPR. The shipping service provider can use the recipients’ data in pseudonymous form, i.e. without assignment to a user, to optimize or improve its own services, e.g. for the technical optimization of the dispatch and presentation of the newsletter or for statistical purposes. However, the shipping service provider does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to write to them directly or to pass the data on to third parties.
Newsletter - Measuring success:
The newsletters contain a so-called "web beacon", i.e. a pixel-sized file that is retrieved from our server when the newsletter is opened, or if we use a shipping service provider, from their server. As part of this retrieval, technical information such as information about the browser and your system, as well as your IP address and time of retrieval, are initially collected. This information is used to technically improve the services based on the technical data or the target groups and their reading behavior based on their retrieval locations (which can be determined using the IP address) or the access times. The statistical surveys also include determining whether the newsletters are opened, when they are opened and which links are clicked. For technical reasons, this information can be assigned to the individual newsletter recipients. However, it is neither our aim nor that of the shipping service provider, if used, to observe individual users. The evaluations serve us much more to recognize the reading habits of our users and to adapt our content to them or to send different content according to the interests of our users. You have the option of subscribing to our newsletter via our website. For this we need your email address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter. As soon as you have registered for the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation email with a link to confirm your registration. You can cancel your newsletter subscription at any time. You can scroll down in the newsletter and click on "Cancel subscription" or send your cancellation to the following email address: service@superbarefoot.com . We will then immediately delete your data in connection with the newsletter dispatch.
Your rights:
You generally have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have otherwise been violated in any way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority.
