How can I arrange a return?

You can return unworn items (except for fitting) within 14 days of receiving the goods.

You have two options for returning an item to us.

Please note that postal returns can only be processed with a completed return slip.

You also have the option to return or exchange your online order in our stores in Vienna and Graz.

Please bring the enclosed invoice with you. We accept returns from Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 18:00 in Vienna and Graz (break: 12:30 to 13:30).

How much does shipping cost?

Austria and Germany

The shipping fee for orders under € 50.00 is € 8.00 for Austria and € 10.00 for Germany.

For orders over 50.00 shipping is free.


European Union

Shipping to the rest of the EU normally costs €15.00.

The amount required for free shipping is always measured in euros and is therefore converted to other currencies depending on the current daily exchange rate.
