delivery time
We usually dispatch the goods within 24 hours on working days from Monday to Friday, but guarantee dispatch within five working days of receipt of payment. We reserve the right to make partial deliveries if this would speed up the process.
Delivery is made by Österreichische Post AG from Vienna. Within Austria, delivery usually takes 1 to 2 working days. We accept no liability for problems with delivery by Post AG. For shipments to EU countries, the delivery time may be longer depending on the delivery service in the recipient country.

Austria and Germany
The shipping fee for orders under € 50.00 is € 8.00 for Austria and € 10.00 for Germany.
For orders over 50.00 shipping is free.
European Union
Shipping to the rest of the EU normally costs €15.00.
Please note that the digital gift voucher is considered a means of payment and not a traditional item. Therefore, the value of the digital gift voucher does not count towards the minimum order value.

Would you like to return parts or your entire order? You have 14 working days to do so after receiving your order.
To receive a refund, the item must be returned in a saleable condition and in its original packaging (outer box). Please do not forget to include any accessories. If an item arrives damaged, worn or without its original packaging, we reserve the right to refuse return.
Please send an email to service@superbarefoot.com to request the return label.
After we receive your package and confirm the condition of the returned items, we will refund the corresponding amount (excluding shipping costs) as soon as possible. The refund will be made within 10 business days to the account used for payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Returns are free within Austria. For reduced-price goods, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please note that if the return is not prepaid, the postage costs will be deducted from the credit amount.
Returns outside Austria are always at your expense.

You can also return your online order to our stores in Vienna and Graz. Please bring the invoice that was enclosed with your shipment. We accept returns from Monday to Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. in Vienna and Graz (lunch break from 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.).
