Delivery, shipping and return conditions
1. delivery time
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours from Monday to Friday. We guarantee shipment within 5 working days after receipt of payment. Partial deliveries are possible if they speed up processing.
Delivery is made via Österreichische Post AG with a delivery time of 1 to 2 working days in Austria. We are not liable for delivery problems caused by Post AG. The delivery time to the EU may be longer depending on the partner of Post AG.
2. shipping costs
Free shipping to Austria from an order value of 50,00 Euro.
For orders below this value, the shipping costs within Austria are €8.00.
For orders to Germany, shipping costs of € 10.00 will be charged.
Shipping to the rest of the EU costs € 15.00.
3. returns & returns
You can return your order or parts of it within 14 weekdays of receipt.
For a refund, the item must be returned in saleable condition and in its original packaging. Make sure that all accessories are included.
Items that are returned damaged, worn or without original packaging may be excluded from a refund.
After checking the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) as quickly as possible. The refund will be made within 10 working days to the account used, a confirmation will be sent by e-mail.
In Austria, the return shipment is free of charge, except for reduced goods. A free return label can be requested for an exchange to a different size or model.
The return label is available via the e-mail address service@superbarefoot.com.
Please note that the postage costs will be deducted from the refund amount in the case of carriage forward returns.
Returns from abroad are subject to a charge.
You also have the option of returning your online order to our stores in Vienna and Graz. Please bring the invoice enclosed with the shipment. Returns are accepted from Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 18:00 (break: 12:30 to 13:30).
Returns will only be processed if a completed returns bill is enclosed. Click here for the return slip.
