If you are ordering barefoot shoes for the first time, we recommend ordering your usual size. Our shoes are deliberately cut a little larger - there should be about a thumb's width of space between the big toe and the end of the shoe. If you are in between sizes, we recommend ordering the larger size.
If you have been wearing barefoot shoes for a long time, you will notice that your toes will spread out - the foot will take on a more natural shape, the foot muscles will become stronger. Over time, you may need to order another size larger.
